pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observation: Observed that pH is not being tested at required frequency. Corrective Action: In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and as long as ACC is working properly, every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Test and record pH at required frequency.
