The primary entry gate did not self-close and self-latch.
Repair the primary gate so that it self-closes and self-latches to prevent unauthorized entry by small children. The person-in-charge indicated that the gate would be fixed prior to the expected opening day and - if not - it would be closed and the secondary gate used exclusively.
