3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Perimeter barrier had a second, back gate that was unlocked, could be pulled open, and was very hard to shut.
In order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, and to ensure that the gates are always fully closed, it is necessary that the operator repair any gaps in the perimeter barrier (including gates that do not fully self-close and latch) so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. Repair this gate or lock it so that it cannot be opened.
