3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a) / Pool structure is water tight
Observed the pool floor contained several areas of missing tiles, in disrepair.
In order to reduce the risk of injury the pool structure shall remain in good repair. Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
