3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) is functioning properly
Critical Repeat Observed the pool Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) to not function properly at the time of the inspection - the warning lights were flashing and the chlorine level - while sufficient for adequate disinfection - did not appear to be uniform at the set levels.
The pool may remain open, but the unit must be professionally checked and repaired or adjusted. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to the scheduled follow-up inspection on April 4, 2014 at 3:30pm.

Repeat The deck surface around the pool had several areas where the surface finish was chipped, cracked, or had worn paint.
