Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed the flow meter to not be working.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Fix or replace the flow meter.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(5) / Spa bromine disinfectant residual is above 4 ppm.
Critical Spa bromine disinfectant residual was below 4 ppm. Observed no bromine within the spa.
Do not operatre the spa until the bromine disinfectant residual is at 4 ppm or above.
