[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Observed that according to the life guard book, the pool has not been tested pool side since the week of 1/23/22.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pool is tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed that according to the life guard pool book, the pool has not been tested pool side since the week of 1/23/22.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pool is tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Observed Flying W and Tiger Up tiles missing/ held on with tape on the pool deck.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the pool deck is free of any hazards.

Please ensure that the pool is tested pool side (free chlorine, combined chlorine, total chlorine and pH) everyday prior to entering the pool. The life guards or teams would always check the pool levels before the first use of the pool each day. CCCHD must see that the log book is up to date. Please work to correct these violations by next week. CCCHD will follow up on 2/15/22.
