Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow level was measured at 60 gpm and it seemed that the flow meter might not be working correctly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Clean the flow meter so it measures accurately or replace it with a new flow meter.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
