Emergency device (telephone) was not working. The emergency telephone did not work. In order to ensure access to emergency care when needed, it is necessary that a working emergency telephone be provided. Repair or replace the telephone. Discussed with the PIC, who indicated that a working telephone would be provided as soon as possible.
