3701-31-04 (D)(8)(a) / DPD test kit used for testing water quality.
Repeat Observed that a DPD test kit was not used for testing water quality.
In order to reduce the risk of potential health hazards, ensure that a DPD test kit is used. Obtain a DPD test kit to test water quality of the pool. Kit must be able to test for free chlorine, combined chlorine or the bromine residual.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(b) / FAS-DPD test kit used (when standard DPD test kit insufficient)
Repeat Observed that the test kit on site was could not test the levels of chlorine.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that a FAS-DPD test kit is used. Obtain a FAS-DPD test kit immediately.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Observed that the emergency device (telephone) was not working.
In order to reduce risk of potential safety hazards, ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Repair/replaced the phone. Also post a sign near phone that says to press X for the front desk.
