3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat Observed that the pool is not being tested, monitored at all on Sundays and Mondays.
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Ensure that someone is trained to test the pool, the pool shall not be opened until the pool has been tested each day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Observed that the pool was not being tested every 4 hours.
The disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Repeat Observed that the emergency phone was not working properly.
The emergency device (telephone) was not working. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
