3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) / Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 2 ppm.
Critical Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm. Observed no chlorine disinfectant residual in the spa.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above. Adjust the level of the spa disinfectant residual to be at acceptable levels.
