[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (C)(4) / Total dissolved solids do not appear to impair water clarity/quality
Observed cloudy water, could not see the drain covers at the bottom of the pool.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the pool is treated to clear up the cloudiness. Do not operate the pool when the water clarity is impaired or water quality can not be maintained. While on site, PIC added clarifier to the closed pool.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Observed that the life ring on site was not a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line (1/4" diameter rope) was not provided at the unguarded pool.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that a proper floatation device (USCG Type IV personal flotation device with a 30-60 ft throw rope that is at least 1/4" diameter thick) at all times.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Observed the pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm (0.5ppm).
In order to reduce the risk of health and safety hazards, ensure that the pool is treated so that the free chlorine is above 1 ppm. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. While on site, the PIC treated the pool.
