3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Observed the combined chlorine to exceed 1.0ppm. In order to reduce the risk of contamination, ensure that the pool is not accessible to patrons until disinfection residuals are at appropriate levels. Facility called ECOLAB to fix the problem with the chemical operator and placed an "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the entry to the pool.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Observed no ORP value displayed. In order to properly monitor chemical controller activity, the ORP must be displayed.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Observed that the combined chlorine exceeded 1.0 ppm. In order to reduce the risk of contamination, ensure that the combined chlorine does not exceed 1.0ppm.

Observed the pump room where chemicals are stored was unlocked. In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that chemical storage areas are only accessible to authorized personnel.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)/The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Observed pool chemical records had only been maintained until 5/18/2023. In order to ensure proper chemical composition of the facility's pool over time, chemical pool records must be maintained regularly.
Comments
Front desk stated that ECOLAB had come the day before and the pool was open. Upon inspection, it was determined that ECOLAB had not corrected the missing ORP on the chemical controller. The front desk called ECOLAB and placed an "OUT OF ORDER" sign before the end of the inspection.
