3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d) / Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Critical Observed the salt water generator to be malfunctioning and sodium hypochlorite system to not be connected to the pool.
Repair or service the salt water generator so that it maintains a disinfection residual at 1 ppm or greater.
3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Records of disinfection residual, pH, alkalinity, temperature, and water clarity were not available for review.
Maintain all records and have them available upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not functioning.
Properly repair the flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical VGB outlet drain covers were not secure or were not in place.
Secure/install the outlet covers immediately to prevent entrapment/evisceration.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Corrected During Inspection Observed the door to the outside being propped open.
Remove the prop from the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps in the barrier.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Observed the total alkalinity to be 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook and/or a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool. Observed the shepherd's crook to be telescoping
Provide the non-telescoping reach pole and personal floatation device at the pool at all times.

No first aid kit provided in the pool area.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(e) / Spa caution sign posted and with required language
Spa caution sign does not include language to not use spa when temperature is above 104 degrees.
Post the spa caution sign prominently at the spa whenever it is in use.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical No observable free chlorine in the pool.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
