[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)(ii) / The interior surfaces white or of an approved color
Observed that the paint at the bottom of the pool is chipping and no longer in good repair.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the pool surface is in good repair and maintained. Submit paint color to the Director of Health for review and approval or repaint the interior white or another color that is on the approved paint color list.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Observed that the required turnover rate was not being met.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that turnover rates are being met. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Observed that the flow meter was not easily readable.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the meters are maintained. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed both ladders to be very wobbly and the bottom step of the west ladder to be broken.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, ensure that the ladders are in good repair. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Corrected During Inspection Observed the pH was outside was 7.0.
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, ensure that the pH is between 7.2 and 7.8. PIC treated pool during the inspection to raise the pH.
