The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Observed missing records. Water quality measurements were not found to be tested daily.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Water quality measurements shall be taken and recorded prior to bather entry. Maintain daily records.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed the automatic chemical controller to be reporting high readings.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed the flow meter to not be operating properly. Observed a reading of 40 gpm.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed the outside door to self-close, but it does not latch.
Repair the outside door so that it self-closes and latches.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed no answer at the front desk when tried to use the emergency phone.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
