The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Oberved that pool records did not all have dates. Last dated record week was week ending 5 OCT.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Please ensure the records are properly dated.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed that the pool is not being tested prior to opening every day, record was not recorded yet and inspection was in the afternoon.
Pleast insure to test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
