Observed that the combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use (last record tested poolside was from May 2021).
In order to reduce the risk of health hazards, test for combined chlorine poolside prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Observed a flying W tile is loose near the dive blocks and a tiger up tile being held down with packing tape on the deck.
In order to reduce the risk of safety hazards, repair the loose tiles.
