Observed the ORP reading at 504.
The ORP reading was below 650 mv. Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (A)(1) / Public swimming pool is licensed
Repeat Operator could not locate the pool license.
The pool license shall be readily available. The pool license needs to be available for the inspector.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
Observed that the flow meter was not working properly.
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. Properly install a flow meter/ repair flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. PIC stated he will replace.
