Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed spa temperature to be 105.3 degrees F.
Do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. SPa temepratures above 105 degrees F is an immenent health hazard. Water was added to the spa, reducing the temperature to 103.6.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was > 8.0.
pH must be within the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was ~10 ppm.
Total alkalinity must be at least 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Comments
While not a violation, the bromine residual was measured to be excessively high at 30 ppm. Bromine in a spa is only required to be 4.0 ppm. Recommend the bromine is decreased to a lower value.
