Observed that the flow meter gauge was not accurately working. In order to get an accurate reading of the flow system, ensure that the flow meter gauge is properly working. Repair and or replace flow meter gauge.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Observed a limited amount of supplies in the first aid kit. In order to reduce the risk of a safety hazard, ensure the first aid kit is adequately supplied. PIC stated he was going to replace the whole kit.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed the emergency telephone not operating. In order to reduce the risk of a safety hazard, ensure that the emergency telephone is working and connected to power all the time. Replace the broken emergency phone with a working phone. PIC was replacing the phone.
