Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Several clear tubes used to dispense chlorine from the storage tank to the peristaltic pump to the pool piping had small bubbles of air inside, slowing the flow of chlorine. In order to ensure proper dosing of sanitizer, it is necessary that dispenser tubing be free of air bubbles. Check these tubes and the tube connections for cracks or other ways in which air could be entering the system. Discussed with the PIC, who indicated that he would check the system as soon as possible.
