Comments
In regards to the complaint investigation CDPH informed by staff the rear counter which appears to be a food prep table has been recently and permanently discontinued for staff seating on top of this counter. In addition, staff also states the food preparation employee always washes hands never directly in contact with exposed ready-to-eat food in a continuous good preventitive of potential cross-contamination.
