TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF SEWAGE, AN AIRGAP OF AT LEAST ONE INCH SHALL BE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE FLOOR DRAIN AND DISCHARGE PIPE OF THE DISH MACHINE.
