Received a complaint stating: "Location identified as a potential source of a salmonella case. Email sent to Mone Whatley and Vivian Frasier with complaint details to provide to sanitarian for review.".

In today's inspection discussed with management whom informed all food handler employees conversed of the application of single-use gloves, utnensils and proper handwashing as continuously for complete separation between the tasks of raw chicken food handling and the ready-to-eat food items. It is communicated and monitored between tasks a thorough twenty second hand washing occurs for all food handler employees. Note: all food including the deli is observed and discussed with-in expiration dates. Management informs this protocol will be once again communicated with all employees to ensure complete Public Food Safety to all the customers.
