Comments
In discussion and observation with the Chef many tcs, (time control safety), foods were being transferred from the walk-in freezer to the walk-in cooler which is a good indicator of temperature control in tcs food monitoring.

Note: in discussion CDPH observed due to the recent remodeling near the kitchen handwashing sink the missing handwashing sign was immediately restored to properly provide the effective employee handwashing.

In addition, Allied exterminating performs the monthly exterminating application
