FACILITY RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FOR BAD SMELLING FISH THAT WAS PURCHASED. THE FACILITY WAS COOKING FISH TO THE PROPER TEMPERATURES AND FISH IN THE COOLER WAS AT 41 DEGREES BUT THE COOLER IS NOT WORKING. THE FACILITY WAS CITED FOR VIOLATIONS REGARDING COLD HOLDING. IN ADDITION, THE FACILITY RECEIVED OTHER CRITICAL VIOLATIONS.
