FOOD ARE RECEIVED FROM APPROVED SOURCES: SYSCO, RESTAURANT DEPOT, GFS. PEST CONTROL- CENTRAL EXTERMINATING. PROBE THERMOMETER- YES. SANITIZER-CHEMICAL UNIVERSE. TEST KIT- YES. PROVIDED THE PERSON IN CHARGE WITH VARIOUS FOOD SAFETY HANDOUTS. THE OPERATION IS A RISK LEVEL III AND PRACTICING RISK LEVEL IV ACTIVITIES ( REHEATING SOUPS IN BULK). THE OPERATION SHALL UPGRADE FOOD LICENSE TO A RISK LEVEL IV.
