Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Obtain Mangers training for the person in charge.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Hand sink water in men's restroom is 60 degrees. Increase the water temp in the men's restroom to 100 degrees.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Seal all sinks to the wall as needed, prep, women's restroom, etc.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Repair or replace torn gaskets on Traulsen refrigerated units in food prep. Gaskets are in disrepair in these units.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Grease encrusted fryers. Clean as often as necessary to minimize vermin attraction

Accumulation of refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Overflowing waste cans in food prep. Empty as frequently as necessary to prevent pest attraction.

3717-1-05.4(Q) / Cleaning receptacles.
Waste receptacles or handling units not cleaned and maintained. Dirty waste cans in food prep. Clean as often as necessary to prevent an attraction of pests.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Repair the flooring as needed throughout. Observed various brokent tiles in warewashing and food prep.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Clean all floors, beneath and behind equipment. Observed debris and food spillage throughout. Clean the restrooms.
