ALL TCS FOODS SHALL BE DATE MARKED TO INDICATE THE DATE OR DAY BY WHICH FOOD SHALL BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES, SOLD OR DISCARDED WHEN COLD HOLDING AT A TEMPERATURE OF FORTY-ONE DEGREES FAHRENFEIT OR LESS FOR A MAXIMUM OF SEVEN DAYS.
