OBSERVED NON COMMERCIAL BEEF AND CHICKEN TACOS, BURRITOS AND EMPANADAS WRAPPED IN PLASTIC BAGS AND STORED IN REACH IN COOLER WITH A TWIST TIE WERE BEING HEATED TO SERVE FOR CUSTOMERS. PER 3701-21-02.3 SECTION B(3) OF THE OHIO UNIFORM FOOD SAFETY CODE, CLASS II RISK LEVEL OPERATIONS SHALL HEAT INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED, COMMERCIALLY PROCESSED TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED FOR SAFETY FOODS FOR IMMEDIATE SERVICE.
