Cooking equipment or pan surfaces are dirty. OVEN TOASTER HAD BREAD CRUMB BUILD UP. PIC INDICATED THAT THE TOASTER IS CLEANED EVERY OTHER DAY.
To prevent contamination, the food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept clean. OVEN TOASTER NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AT LEAST ONCE A DAY.
3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Observed no covered receptacle in women's restroom. RECEPTACLE WAS NOT COVERED IN UNI-SEX BATHROOM.
A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
3717-1-05.4(L) / Areas, enclosures, and receptacles - good repair.
Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, or returnables are not maintained in good repair. INSIDE RECEPTACLE IN FOOD PREP AREA IS NOT IN GOOD REPAIR.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. OBSERVED DIRT BUILD UP ON CRATES ON THE INSIDE OF FOOD PREP AREA.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
