| Received a complaint stating: I contracted food poisoning last night from dining at Tenders, Love, and Chicken located inside of the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. My spouse and I attended last night's game, (complaint submitted on 4-4-2022), and made a purchase of the chicken fingers and fries at TLC around 7:30PM ET. We did not purchase or consume any other food or beverage during our visit. I began experiencing symptoms around 3AM ET and food poisoning was confirmed by my physician as the diagnosis around 9AM ET. I have informed guest services at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Note: sanitarian observed and discussed with management in the holding, preparation with reheating, and serving temperatures of the chicken fingers. The frozen chicken fingers is thawed properly under refrigeration at observed 8°F and then reheated to approximately 201°F followed by hot held at 141°F then placed into a batch container for immediate serving. All chicken fingers are continuously monitored to ensure each one of the chicken fingers in all batches for immediate serve is completely empty within thirty minutes. Proper sanitation with wiping cloths and good available hand washing is present in ensuring proper temperatures for public food safety.
