IN ORDER TO PROMOTE GOOD HAND HYGIENE, PAPER TOWELS OR A HAND DRYING DEVICE MUST BE AVAILABLE. PIC PUT PAPER TOWELS BY THE SINK AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.
