SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR REGARDING THE COMPLAINT. DISCUSSED THE RESTART OHIO MANDATORY GUIDELINES WITH THE OPERATOR. OBSERVED FODO EMPLOYEES WEARING FACE COVERINGS AND VERIFIED TEMPERATURE LOGS.
