Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed.
Observed and discussed with staff of an direct connection (air gap) at the dishwasher for the floor drain which appears in discussion the coupling needs to be strengthed and secured to prevent future slippage.
Note: management immdeiately is scheduling this maintenance for completion.
