Received the foodborne complainant on 4/14/2021. Spoke to the person in charged regarding the complaint on 4/15/21. The operator had an Employee Health Policy on file at the facility and requires food employees to report information about their health as it relates to illnesses that can be transmitted through food. The operator stated that no employee reported any foodborne illnesses or symptoms. Discussed the following food safety practices with the Operator:
· Good Hygiene Practices: proper handwashing procedures and when handwashing is required.
· Food handling: barehand contact, how to properly wash produce, cross contamination
· Food protection: food coverage and stored 6 inches above the floor
· Pest control
