3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. The tea nozzle had mold growing on it and was not cleaned to site.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Cleaning supplies were stored over gloves and single service carryout containers. Toxics stored over singles service gloves and carryout containers allow for possible contamination from leaks and spills.
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles. .

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed improper storage of food items. The probe type thermometer is wiped off with a wet wiping cloth and then with a paper towel, then a temperature of a food item is checked. This allows for contamination of the food item checked because the probe thermometer is not washed, rinsed, sanitized and allowed to air dry before using. Discontinue practice.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Corrected During Inspection Observed mold growing on the tea nozzle. It would contaminate the tea as it is dispensed. Tea was discarded.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
The surfaces of cutting blocks or boards were severely scratched or scored and could not be effectively cleaned and sanitized.
Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they are not capable of being resurfaced.
