TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION AND THE SPREAD OF FOOD BORNE ILLNESSES ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE CLEANED TO SIGHT AND TOUCH. PIC CLEANED CAN OPENER DURING INSPECTION.
