FREEZER - 0 - HOT HOLDING TEMPERATURES RANGE 154-180 DEGREES. PERSON IN CHARGE STATES CUSTOMER RECEIVED A REFUND . VIOLATIONS WAS ISSUED FOR CLEANING OF NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES AT TIME OF INVESTIGATION.
