Comments
In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observed and discussion with the manager for effective employee hand washing and tcs foods temperatures. Note: the tcs food, tuna, is monitored at 37°F in cold holding prior to the immediate serving to the public. In addition, it is observed and discussed all food handler employees are properly applying cooking utensils with the the application of single-use gloves with hair restraints in a good effective to prevent cross contamination to ensure the public of continuous food safety.
