Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. OBSERVED THE SLUSHY MACHINE WAS SOILED WITH MILDEW INSIDE THE BLUE SLUSHY DISPENSER. PIC TOLD TO SHUT DOWN MACHINE AND WASH RINSE AND SANITIZE BOTH DISPENSERS AND PARTS BEFORE SERVING AGAIN.
