Received a complaint stating: "While eating our meal, a cockroach was crawling on the wall, then onto our table."

In today's inspection sanitarian observed and discussed with management of two roaches are observed underneath the rear reach-in cooler. Management informed Ecolab exterminating administered a exterminating application on 6-16-2022 and would be immediately notified of this status to provide additional pest applications. Ecolab exterminating is available at contact phone number: 1-800-325-1671. In addition, sanitarian observed and discussed of one of the two rear entrance doors is missing a door threshold and is in need of this maintenance repair to eliminate outer door openings which management informs will immediately notify their maintenance for this completion repair.
