Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be sanitized. MACHINE WAS PRIMED, BUT NO CHLORINE DETECTED. HAVE MACHINE SERVICED IMMEDIATELY. WASH AND SANITIZE IN THE OTHER MACHINE.

Bottled juice for retail sales receives a warning label about consuming an unpasteurized product. Facility now maintains cooling logs, and will have a Blast Chiller installed soon to assist with cooling menu items.
