Critical Corrected During Inspection Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. FOOD EMPLOYEES ARE NOT SANITIZING FOOD CONTACT SURFACES (CUTTING BOARDS, UTENSILS) AT THE REQUIRED FREQUENCY. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION, FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE SANITIZED AT LEAST EVERY 4 HOURS AND AFTER CLEANING.
