FOOD EMPLOYEES ARE NOT INFORMED IN A VERIFIABLE MANNER OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPORT TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR HEALTH AS IT RELATES TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASE AND DISEASES THAT ARE TRANSMISSIBLE THROUGH FOOD.
