Critical Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed a food employee talk on the phone and then put gloves on to handle food without washing their hands. Observed a food employee report to work and then put gloves on without washing their hand first.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. The shield inside the ice machine is soiled. Empty, washing, rinse and sanitize the ice machine before making ice.
