Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed.OBSERVED SCRAPE DRAIN PIPE IS DIRECT PLUMBED INTO FLOOR DRAIN. IN ODER TO REDUCE CONTAMINATION DUE TO BACK SIPHONAGE AN AIR GAP MUST BE IN PLACE AT FLOOR DRAIN.
