OBSERVED PRODUCE DISPLAY COOLER TO HAVE AN AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE OF 46F AT TIME OF INSPECTION AND INTERNAL TEMPERATURE IN TCS SALAD DRESSING TO BE 58F. ITEMS WERE REMOVED FROM COOLER AND PLACED IN WALK-IN DURING INSPECTION.

Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. OBSERVED EXCESS ICE BUILDUP IN LEFTMOST CORNER OF RETAIL FLOOR REACH-IN FREEZERS. ICE IS ACCUMULATING ON WALLS, CEILING, AND PRODUCT IN THE AREA. FREEZER UNIT MUST BE MAINTAINED TO PROVIDE FROST-FREE STORAGE OF RETAIL FOODS.

Corrected During Inspection Plumbing system does not comply with the Ohio plumbing code. OBSERVED DRAINLINES FROM PAIRED WALK-IN FREEZER AND DAIRY COOLER TO TERMINATE INTO A TOWEL IN A PIPE. THIS TOWEL MUST BE REMOVED SO THAT OUTLETS ARE PROPERLY AIRGAPPED WITH A SPACE OF AT LEAST 1 INCH BEFORE ENTERING THE INLET.

Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided. OBSERVED DOOR FRAME OF MILK COOLER TO NO LONGER BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE WITH EXPOSED WOOD FRAMING VISIBLE. THIS AREA SHOULD BE ENCLOSED AND SEALED FOR EASE OF CLEANING.
